Pest birds can spread over 60 diseases to humans and animals.
The West Nile Virus is passed from sick birds by mosquitoes and
often produces other bacteria that may affect respiratory and
gastric systems.

Inhalation of contaminated dust and spores are often brought into
buildings/homes through intake fans of air conditioning or heating
systems.

etc.

Constant cleanup and maintenance costs on commercial buildings
can add up to thousands of dollars in annual cleaning fees. Without
adequate protection, the buildings/homes become immediately re-contaminated.
2.
Highly acidic droppings can cause corrosion to most metals and
are very damaging to all paint finishes (i.e. cars, building/home
walls, etc). Color fading and stains on tile roof areas plus fabric
or vinyl awnings, is another negative byproduct of bird droppings.

Bird droppings often block roof gutters which can cause water
penetration damage to building and home interiors.

Slip and fall accidents can occur due to droppings on sidewalks
or walkways. These types of accidents often result in lawsuits,
which usually find the property owners at fault.
5.
