Most
over-the-counter, retail products usually don’t work, because
proper installation and selection of which deterrent item to use
in a particular situation are the keys. For example, improperly
installed prongs could become anchors for nesting birds and wind
blown paper, plastic bags, leafs, etc. Coils or exclusion mesh
may be more appropriately used instead.
Products
The
type of bird, location, size of infestation plus logistical issues,
will dictate what type of bird deterrent devices will be used
on the project. Our products such as gel, netting, stainless steel
prongs, coil wire, mild shock track, galvanized mesh, etc. are
the best available in the industry - - all of which are harmless
to birds.
Equipment
and Procedures
Our
fleet of 12 trucks includes 6 mobile aerial boom trucks for safe
height access and rapid repositioning during product installation.
We can provide aerial booms reaching up to 120’ high. In
addition, all our trucks are equipped with hot water, high pressure
steam machines, thus allowing thorough wash down and removal of
bird dropping residue as part of the cleaning and sanitizing phase
of our service. The ability to clean, install, deter or exclude
birds has allowed our firm an actual 100% success record in excess
of 5600 pest bird control projects completed in the greater San
Francisco Bay Area since 1985.
